SMARTCD SERVES WINDOWS NT
With a 79% increase in spending for Windows NT servers
from 1994 to 1995, the demand for a Windows NT CD storage solution is
UP said Gary Brach, president of Smart Storage.Inc. in Waltham, Mass.
At the AIIM show in Chicago, it announced its SmartCD Archive to address
the problem. Running on a Windows NT Server, SmartCD Archive provides
transparent access to all data stored on CD. By combining a CD drive,
tower and jukebox support with multi-tiered caching, SmartCD Archive
boost performance and access time to all clients attached to the server.
